Rahul Suresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy (Madras University) and a diploma in Computer Applications. He began his career in software development in Bangalore and moved to the U.S. in 2000, working in Seattle and later Los Angeles, where he combined development and marketing for law enforcement software implemented across multiple U.S. county agencies.
In 2006, he co-founded a development center in Chennai for his former U.S. employer and went on to establish a background screening services business in 2013. Today, Rahul leads a team of 300+ professionals across the U.S. and India, bringing together technical depth and entrepreneurial drive to steer Krya Solutions' global growth and innovation.
Guru Subramaniam Satyamurty | Chief Operating Officer - Global Operations
With over 35 years of experience across finance, taxation, and IT, Guru combines strong financial discipline with deep technology execution expertise. A member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, he spent his early career in finance and taxation roles in leading manufacturing companies before moving into IT, where he has spent 23+ years delivering complex, mission-critical programs.
He has led 100+ enterprise solution implementations across Asia Pacific, the U.S., the Middle East, and Africa, holding leadership roles in delivery, presales, strategic accounts, and product development. As COO – Global Operations at Krya Solutions, Guru drives global strategy, scalable delivery, and long-term client success across regions.
